In addition to the two on-campus options (Indiana Memorial Union, the host hotel, and Willkie Residence Center, the host residence facility) specially negotiated room rates have been arranged for APS participants at 5 off-campus properties.
Room Rates for the 5 properties with APS room blocks:$119.00 per night + 12% tax
You must identify yourself as an APS participant in order to obtain the Symposium room rate.
Rooms are released to the general public one month prior to Symposium start date - May 7, 2009
For those who elect to stay in off-campus accommodations, discounted parking passes will be available at the Symposium Registration Check-in desk.
