Poster Viewing

• Lunch will be available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday outside the Poster/Exhibitor Halls. 
• Refreshments including soft drinks, beer, wine and light snacks will be available from 4:00pm – 6:00pm in the Poster/Exhibitor Halls on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

SESSION I

Monday, June 8th	Viewing times: 12:00pm – 6:00pm Lunch: 12:30pm – 2:00pm Refreshments:  4:00pm – 6:00pm
Tuesday, June 9th	Viewing times: 12:00pm – 6:00pm Lunch: 12.30pm – 2:00pm Refreshments: 4:00pm – 6:00pm Staffed Viewing: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

SESSION II

Wednesday, June 10th	Viewing times: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Thursday, June 11th	Viewing times: 12:00pm – 6:00pm Lunch: 12.30pm – 2:00pm Refreshments: 4:00pm – 6:00pm Staffed Viewing: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Presenters are expected to be available at their poster location during staffed viewing times.

Take down:beginning at 6:00pm on Tuesday, June 9th

Set-up concluded by: 12:00pm on Wednesday, June 10th

Poster Display Boards

• Each presenter will be allotted a space of  4’ X 4’ (1.2192 meters X 1.2192 meters)
• Posters will be mounted with push pins – a supply of which will be available on-site.
