Lodging reservations at Willkie Residential Center closes Monday, May 18th.

Symposium Registration Fees - All Symposium delegates are required to be APS members.

  • Society membership benefits are available at: http://www.americanpeptidesociety.org/benefits/benefits.asp
  • If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact the Society at: APSmanager@americanpeptide society.org before registering for the Symposium.
  • When registering for the Symposium you may opt out of joining the Society, but the Symposium fees will remain at the same level as though you were joining the Society.
  • One day participants, Satellite Session participants and Accompanying Persons are exempt from Society membership

If you are a current member of APS, Symposium fees are
General Member: $495.00 (early) / $575.00 (regular)
Student, Post Doc or Retired Member: $200.00 (early) / $250.00 (regular)
Postdoc status is less than 4 years after your Ph.D degree award.

If you are not currently a member of APS, Symposium fees, including a two year APS membership, are
General: $795.00 (early) / $875.00 (regular)
Post Doc or Retired: $390.00 (early) / $440.00 (regular)
Student: $330.00 (early) / $380.00 (regular)

Cancellation of Symposium Registration
Prior to May 1, 2009: Full refund less $60.00 administrative fee
After May 1, 2009: Registration fees will not be refunded

LODGING RESERVATIONS at WILLKIE RESIDENCE CENTER (on campus, single room with one shared bath connecting two single rooms, air-conditioned)

All lodging arrangements – other than lodging at Willkie Residence Center – must be made by contacting the hotel property directly. Reservation information is available on the Symposium web site at “Arrangements/Accommodations”

Lodging Fees at Willkie Residence Center $44.00 + 12% tax per night per person

Payment of Willkie Lodging:

All reservations and payment of fees must be made through the central symposium registration system and cannot be made or paid at the Center.

Room Availability: beginning Saturday, June 6th through Saturday, June 13th

Suitemate Requests:

You may request a suitemate. Suitemates will be assigned randomly by gender, unless a specific suitemate request has been identified.

Changes to Willkie Lodging Reservations:

You may make changes to your reservations any time up to May 18th by re-entering the Symposium Registration System. Log in to your registration form by entering your username and password. Login is located in the upper left corner of the Symposium Registration form.

Cancellation of Willkie Lodging Reservations:

You may cancel lodging reservations any time up to May 18th by re-entering the Symposium Registration System. Log in to your registration form by entering your username and password. Login is located in the upper left corner of the Symposium Registration form. No refunds of lodging fees will be accepted after May 18th.
