The Bloomington campus of Indiana University is proud host the 21st American Peptide Society Symposium and by doing so to return the Symposium to its historical roots of convening on a university campus.
South-central Indiana is characterized by rolling hills, meandering streams and hardwood forests. The geography and geology of the area are distinct from the prairie flatlands of northern Indiana and the Midwest of the United States. This is an area of unexpected beauty.
Location
Indiana University, Bloomington is in the center of the town of Bloomington, Indiana; in the middle of the state of Indiana. It is conveniently located between the East and West Coasts of the United States, and between the Canadian provinces and Mexico.
Travel
Participants may elect to fly into one of three airports: Indianpolis, Indiana; Lousiville, Kentucky; Cincinnati, Ohio. Direct flights from Europe and Asia are available into Chicago O’Hara International Airport and Cincinnati, Ohio airport, with a short 30 – 45 minute flight to Indianapolis International Airport. Reliable shuttle, limousine and rental car service is available from Indianapolis for the 50 minute drive from the airport to the Bloomington campus. Directions to campus from the airport are simple and easy to follow. Special transport arrangements have been established to assist participants who elect to fly into Louisville, Kentucky.
